Whilst lessons are not on during the Covid-19 pandemic, why don't you use this time to learn a new kata or two.
If you are up for the challenge find your grade below and see if you can pick up your next kata or a few more
by the time karate starts up again.

  1. White - 10th Kyu
    2. Tokyokyu
  2. Red - 9th Kyu
    3. Heian Shodan
  3. Orange - 8th Kyu
    4. Heian Nidan
  4. Yellow - 7th Kyu
    5. Heian Sandan
  5. Green - 6th Kyu
    6. Heian Yondan
  6. Purple - 5th Kyu
    7. Heian Godan
  7. Purple with a white stripe - 4th Kyu
    8. Tekki Shodan
  8. Brown with 2 white stripes - 3rd Kyu
    9. Bassai Dai
  9. Brown with 1 white stripes - 2nd Kyu
    10. Kanku Dai
  10. Brown - 1st Kyu
    11. Enpi, Jion, Jitte, Hangetsu
  11. 1st Dan Black
    12. Bassai Sho, Tekki Nidan, Kanku Sho, Sochin, Gankaku
  12. 2nd Dan Black
    13. Tekki Sandan, Ji'in, Chinte, Nijushiho
  13. 3rd Dan Black
    14. Unsu, Wankan, Meikyo, Gojushio-Dai, Gojushio-Sho
